CoffeeCake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant yellow vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
Put all above ing.s in a mixing bowl and beat for 8 minutes. Pour into a bundt cake pan, or a regular cake pan if you prefer, alternately with the following sugar/cinnamon mixture:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts to taste
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
