ORANGE RUM CAKE
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. orange zest
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup rum

Combine butter and sugar together, add eggs, vanilla and orange zest, add flour, salt and baking powder, followed by orange juice and rum.. Mix well. Grease and flour a bundt pan and pour batter in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees. for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean
