    HAWAIIAN BREAD

    2 C. sugar
    3 C. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 C. chopped pecans
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 C. vegetable oil
    1/2 C. water
    2 C. mashed ripe banana
    1 C. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 tsp. vanilla extract

    1. Sift sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; add nuts. Reserve.
    2. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
    3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix slightly with wooden spoon.
    4. Add dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.
    5. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    6. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done.
    7. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
