    Vanilla Cake

    1 box DH white cake mix
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    2 cups sour cream
    5 eggs
    1 cup melted butter
    1 t. vanilla
    2 cups white chocolate chips or chunks

    Preheat oven to 350

    Mix first 6 ingredients until well blended.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Stir in the chocolate chunks.
    Pour into a well greased & floured bundt pan.
    Bake at 350 for 55- 60 minutes
    Cool in pan and then allow to cool completely on a rack.
    Dust with powdered sugar or you can drizzle with your glaze



    Here is a good dark chocolate glaze!


    4 oz. of a good sweet, dark chocolate
    3 T. Butter
    1 T. Milk
    1 T. Light corn syrup
    1/4 t. Vanilla
    1/3 c Ground or nuts, optional
    DIRECTIONS: In small, heavy saucepan or microwave oven on medium, melt the broken chocolate with the butter. Stir frequently until smooth. Remove from the heat, then stir in milk, syrup and vanilla. Place cake on a rack over a baking sheet. When glaze is cool, pour onto cake. Let glaze run down sides. Use spatula to smooth glaze and coat sides. Decorate side of cake with nuts if you like. Chill about 10 minutes to set
    glaze.
