this is the best blueberry pie I've ever had. And the prettiest pie I've ever made.

Barbara's Blueberry Pie (from Ellen)

Put 3-4 cups blueberries in a piecrust.
Mix together:

1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 teas. vanilla
dash cinnamon

Pour over berries.

Mix together with fingers or fork until crumbly:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 Tbs. butter

Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 350 for about 55 minutes, or until crust is golden. Enjoy! It is YUMMY!!!

Also, because we had tons of people, Barbara doubled (?) it & put in a 9x13 Pyrex dish. She used "All Ready" pie crusts & pieced them together for the 9x13 dish. When I made the 9x13 version, it took much longer to bake-maybe 1 1/2 hours? Just watch for the crust to get golden! I used 2# of blueberries and didn't measure how many cups it was, then I just used the quantities above-didn't double it. Worked fine!
