Peanut Butter Swirl Bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl combine:
1/2 Cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 Cup softened butter
3/4 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
Beat until creamy.
Gradually beat in
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
In a small bowl combine
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Blend into peanut butter mixture. Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Sprinkle (1 sm bag) milk chocolate chips (NOT IN MIXTURE) over surface. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven; run knife through to marblize. Return to oven and bake for additional 25 - 30 minutes. Cool, cut into 2 x 1 bars.
Makes 4 dozen bars.
