A chocolate lover's dream come true!!!
SmileKeep this in mind for Valentine's day.

Gooey Chocolate Carmel Fantasy:

2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 38 wafers)
1/3 cup melted butter
30 carmels
½ cup caramel ice cream topping
½up whipping cream,divided
2 cups chopped pecans
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix togther chocolate crumbs and butter. Press into a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350° for 10 min. Cool.
Melt carmels and caramel topping over low heat, stir often. Stir in ¼ cup cream. Remove from heat, add nuts. Spread over chocolate crust. Cool then cover and chill for about 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips, remove from heat and add remaining ¼ cup cream. Drizzle or spread over pecan mixture. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
