orange or lemon blossoms
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 3oz.pkg.instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
mix well and add 1/2 cup orange or lemon juice
pour into greased miniature muffin pan
bake 12 minutes or until golden brown
glaze
4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 teasp. vanilla
1/3 cup orange or lemon juice
mix well and dip muffins in glaze and place on foil to set
