Sorry,Haven't tried this...just wanted to share

BUTTER MUFFINS

2 c.self rising flour
1 (8oz) container sour cream
1 c.butter or margarine,melted

Stir together all ingredients just until blended.Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans,filling to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen

I just made these, and although I think they would be terrific under something like sausage and gravy, I don't care for them as a biscuit just to eat. I may re-try them with unsalted butter, but not sure yet.
