Chocolate Goobers
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup grahm cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 oz. semi-sweet chips
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Combine sugar and crumbs. Set aside. Heat butter and peanut butter until melted. Stir into crumb mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Heat semi-sweets and oil until melted. Drop balls into chocolate to coat, and remove to wax paper to set. Refridgerate one hour.
As a teenager I got this out of a teen magazine. To make it easier, just drizzle chocolate onto the balls or flatten slightly and pour a little chocolate on each one.
