These are the best lemon bars ever! Hope you enjoy!
Lemon Bars
Recipe By :Marytexas
Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Cookies
Crust:
1 1/2 Cups Butter -- softened
6 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Flour
Filling:
6 Extra Large Eggs (room Temperature)
3 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Cup Flour
Powdered Sugar
Preheat oven 350*. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Spray bowl and beater with Pam.
Crust:
Mix ingredients until crumbly. Pat down in pan. Chill. Bake 20 minutes. Let cool.
Filling:
Beat until mixed. Pour over cooled crust. Bake for 30 minutes, until filling is set. Let cool to room temperature. Cut into triangles and dust with powdered sugar.
