This recipe is from an inn in Santa Cruz California. They are called Mrs. King's irresistibles. Yes, they are good!

2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 t. pure vanilla
3 T water
4 cups flour
2 t. BP
2 t. salt
2 t. BS
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chunks
3 cups raisins
3 cups chopped nuts ( I used pecans)
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
3 cups orange almond granola, or a good granola with 3 t. grated orange zest.

Blend together the butter and sugars until creamy
Add eggs, vanilla and water.
Beat until well mixed
Sift together flour, BP,salt, BS.
Stir into the egg and butter mixture and mix until just blended.
The add both chocolate chips, raisins, nuts oats and granola and mix well.
We mixed, shape into ping pong or golf ball size and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees (preheated) fpr 8-10 minutes or until just turning brown around the edges.
These are best when served warm from the oven.
This dough will keep in the frig or freezer to bake when you need them.
Yield about 95-100 cookies
