This are soooo good, you can't eat just one.
Pepperidge Farm Sausalito Cookies
1 lb butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
5 C. flour
1 (12 oz.) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
3 C. chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease two cookie sheets.
In a large bowl cream together butter, eggs, vanilla extract and sugars.
In another bowl sift together baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour until well mixed. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until blended. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Shape into one inch balls and place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes.
