    This is guaranteed to be a huge hit... NO ONE can resist!

    1 stick butter
    5 cloves of garlic, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. capers chopped

    Saute these

    Add 1 Tbsp. each of oregano and parsley

    1 box of chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

    Mix these into the garlic and capers and let warm

    Take off heat and add 1 cup each of swiss cheese and mozzarella.

    Rip the insides out of a loaf of Italian bread and pack the filling inside. Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 325 for about an hour.

    Let cool slightly and slice into individual pieces.

    Stand back as people knock you over to get to it!!
