    Coconut Macaroons:

    Makes about 4 dozen.

    2(7oz.)pkgs.flaked coconut(5&1/3 c.)
    1(14oz.)can sweetened condensed milk(Not evaporated)
    2 tsp.vanilla extract
    1&1/2 tsp.almond extract


    Preheat oven 350 degrees.In a large bowl,combine coconut,sweetened condensed milk & extracts,mix well.

    Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto an aluminum foil lined & generously greased baking sheets.Bake 8-10 minutes or til lightly browned around edges.IMMEDIATELY remove from baking sheets(Macaroons will stick if allowed to cool in pans.)Store loosely covered at room temperature.
