Foolproof Pie Crust
1 & 1/2 cups flour
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/4 cup butter, melted & cooled
1/4 cup grapeseed oil (if you have it)
2 T. whole milk
You make this right in the pie pan
Mix the dry ingredients together
Stir in the oil and then the milk
Then simply press the dough into the pie plate, making any edge you would like. It should come together nicely.
Add your filling and bake as usual.
NOTE
When making your traditional crust, if you add/replace the water with orange juice t will make a nicer, golden crust.
Good luck!
