My Grandmother's recipe which is guaranteed to roll out and makes approx 4 deep dish crusts.
3 Cups Flour
1 Cup Lard or Crisco if lard unavail
1 Tsp Salt
Ice Water
1. Mix flour, lard and salt with a fork until it looks like the size of a pea.
2. Add ice water to moisten and above sticks together, if you get to much water in it, add a bit more flour.
3. Roll out on floured board or Tupperware Sheet.
Great recipe, however, I now use Pillsbury Pie Crust in the red box, much easier and just as good.
