    Peachy Keen Cake

    1 large can sliced peaches, juices and all
    1 pkg. butterbrickle or butter pecan cake mix
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped pecans
    Whipped cream or Cool Whip

    Grease bottom only of a 9x13" pan. Arrange peaches on bottom of pan along with juice. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over peaches and juice. Drizzle one stick melted oleo over cake mix. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans over all and bake. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares and serve with dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip. Yield: 15 servings.

    Yummm! This sounds a little like a cobbler. I am going to fix it in a bit. i bet its real good! Thanks for helping me figure out dessert!

        Yummy Yummy Yummy I got love in my Tummy! That was very good. Very Easy too. It reminded me of my Granny's Dump Cake...in a way...
        I loved it. Peaches & Pecans...you can't go wrong! Especially when your from the South! Lawdy Be!
