    These are a cross between a cookie and a candy.

    You will need one package of snickers snack size candy bars and enough popsicle sticks for each candy bar. Freeze the candy bars for approx. 1 hour before starting. When thoroughly chilled, place a popsickle stick up thru each candy bar longways to look like a popsicle on a stick.

    Cookie Dough:


    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1 teaspoon salt


    1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened

    3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar

    3/4 cup packed brown sugar

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    2 eggs


    COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture.


    take a ball of cookie dough and completely cover the candybar on a stick....doesnt have to be pretty as long as the candybar is covered with dough. Place on a cookie sheet that has been covered with parchment or some kind of non-stick paper...place far enough apart on the cookie sheet to allow for a good size cookie as these spread out when they bake

    BAKE in preheated 350-degree oven for 9 to 11 minutes
    Allow to cool before lifting from sheet . You will have a giant cookie on a stick with the ooey gooiest filling you ever tasted!

    You can also use Mini milky way bars as well.
