Nothing says Fall to us like Apples!
SPICED APPLE CAKE
1 package spice cake mix or yellow or butter cake mix with the additions to turn a butter or yellow or white cake mix into a spice cake mix from the Cake Mix Dr.
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
4 cups diced apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9 by 13 pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.

Apple Chocolate Cake
Mix any chocolate cake mix, one can 21 oz. apple pie filling, and three eggs.
Scrape into greased 9 by 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 3/4 cup chopped nuts, any kind. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. COULD PROBABLY VARY THE PIE FILLING AS YOU LIKE.

Apple Honeycake
It's not an original recipes, but I don't know where it's from. It's good, though!
Beat together one cup sugar, 1/2 cup honey, and 3 eggs. Add 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder.
Slice two medium apples, any kind, and add to mixture. (My mom teaches preschool and one of the stay at home dads likes to experiment with different kinds of apples and say each one has a specific taste; he liked a tart apple best. I personally prefer Rome or Gala or Courtland however in pies, cooking and baking.)
Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, and 2/3 cup oil. Bake in 9 by 13 pan for 40 minutes at 350 def
