This is a recipe that my neighbor gave me a few months back but I did not make it at that time and I am sure sorry because it is soooooooooooooooo delicious!

It is a very rich cake as you will see by the ingredients.

    Choc Praline Cake

    1 stick of butter
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped, pecans (lightly toasted and cooled)
1 box of Devils food cake mix (DH)
1 c. coffee (don't like coffee, use water)
    1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    3 large eggs, room temp
    1/2 t. pure vanilla

    Heat oven to 325

    Grease a tube/bundt pan.

Melt the butter over medium low heat with the whipping cream and brown sugar.
Stir and mix until the butter is melted.
Pour butter mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
    Sprinkle evenly with the pecans.

In a bowl mix the cake mix, coffee, water, oil, eggs and flavoring for about 2-3 minutes until well combined.

Pour the cake mixture carefully and evenly as possible over the butter/pecan mixture.

Bake for 35-45 minutes (depending on your oven) until tested done.Don't over bake it.
Cool the cake in the pan for at least 20 minutes and then out on a cake plate.
