cake:
3/4c miracle whip
1 yellow cake mix
1 envelope dream whip topping
3/4c orange juice
3 eggs
orange mellow cream:
1 (8oz) soft crean cheese
1 (7oz) marshmellow cream
1/2c sour cream
2T orange flavored liqueur
ake: combine all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool
Cream: Combine cream cheese and marshmellow cream. Blend in sour cream and liqueur. Makes 2 cups
Serve the cream on the side. I often place a jello cup in the middle of the cake to serve the cream. Also, slice and orange and hollow it out and place it in the middle.
