My Jr. Chef struck again! She made these brownies and they were very good. Only problem................they disappeared WAY too fast!
Homemade Beginner Brownies
3 tbsps. butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter over low heat in small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each egg. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla and beat well. Stir in walnuts and mix. Pour into sprayed 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, cut into squares and serve.
We frosted it with powdered sugar mixed with a little butter and milk.
