Choco-Log cookies
1 cup butter softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 cup quick rolled oats
Mix all ingredients together. Using 2 tsp dough for each log(roll out slightly) Bake at 325 for 25 minutes on ungreased cookies sheet. When cooled, dip ends of cookies in 1 cup melted chocolate morsels, then in chopped nuts
