Luncheon Cake
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1b. can fruit cocktail(do not drain)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine softened
1/2 cup chocolate chips(I use more)
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. BAke at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
