1 cup oatmeal
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup hot water
Let butter melt in hot water and then pour over oatmeal.
Beat in two eggs. Add 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup sugar. Add 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 520 nutmeg and 1 tsp vanilla
Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350. Spread frosting on warm cake
Frosting:
1/2 cup canned milk
1 cup sugar
6 Tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped
Heat ingredients in pan till sugar and butter melts. Spread on cake and broil in oven till bubbly and brown
