    Scones

    1 yeast cake
    1 quart water
    2 T oil
    2 T sugar
    1 T salt
    10 Cups flour

    Mix yeast make with part of water until disolved, then add other ingredients and kneed together.

    After first raising, put dough in fridge to chill. Then roll out and cut in peices. (about 2 or 3 inches big)

    Deep fry in fat until golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. YUMMY!!
