Peanut Butter Filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Peanut Butter Filling:
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup milk
Mix sugar and butter together.Stir in milk,vanilla and eggs until smooth.Stir in rest of ingredients.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.Bake 350 for 10 mins.Mix together filling and put two cookies together.
