This is my Aunt's recipe. I love it because not only does it taste great, but it also has this crunchy top.
Seven-Up Pound Cake
3 Sticks margarine
3 Cups sugar
5 Eggs
3 Cups flour
3/4 Cup 7UP
2 tsp Lemon Extract
Mix together margarine, sugar and eggs. Then add in flour & 7UP, alternating between each. Add in lemon extract.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or till done.
Cool, and enjoy
