    20 OZ. CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN THE JUICE
    2 EEGS
    2 CUPS FLOUR
    2 CUPS SUGAR
    1 CUP CHOPPED TOASTED WALNYTS
    2 T. bs
    1 T. VANILLA

    Preheat oven to 3350 degrees.

    Mix togehter pineapple juice, the eggs, flour, sugar, walnuts, BS, and vanilla with a wooden spoon. Mix well until incorporated.
    Pour into a greased 9X13 inch baking pan
    Bake for 25-30 minutes

    FROSTING
    3 8 OZ. PACKAGES CREAM CHEESE
    1 & 1/2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
    1 STICK BUTTER


    Beat the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together until smooth and then spread over the warm cake.

    Very moist.
