TOLLHOUSE CUPCAKES
Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
6 T. brown sugar
6 T. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
ADD
1 egg
1 c. + 2 T. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
FILLING:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/8 t. salt
Add:6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 t. vanilla
Preparation :
Mix above until well mixed and thick.
Spoon batter into paper lined tins dividing evenly between 12 tins
Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and spoon filling into each cup equally.
BAKE again for about 15 minutes.
