These have only 4 ingredients, and are so fudgy good, they may make you want to slap your mama! (To borrow a quote from Paula Deen!)
Chocolate Bliss Cookies
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 cup flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Melt the chocolate chips with the butter ina double boiler. Add the flour and the milk, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonsful on a Silpat or parchment paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully as these burn easily. If you overbake, they will be hard and crunchy, not soft and fudgy.
NOTE: I suppose if you insisted, you could ruin these by adding nuts. I for one do not see the need! (Plus, I have a pecan/walnut allergy!)
