Chewy Peanutbutter Chocolate Chip Bars
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter soft
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F Mix first 6 ingredients until smooth. Beat in flour, b. powder and salt. Stir in chips. Spread into 9x13 or larger greased pan. Bake 25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
