PISTACHIO CAKE
1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe II White Supreme Cake Mix
5 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup club soda (or water)
2 small packages instant pistachio pudding
Frosting (recipe follows)
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix all ingredients, except the frosting, with electric mixer in large bowl. Pour into 10-inch tube pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cake springs bake to touch. Place pan on rack and cool slightly; remove cake from pan and cool completely before frosting.
FROSTING
1/2 pint heavy or whipping cream
1 small container Cool Whip
1 small package instant pistachio pudding
Place all ingredients in medium bowl. Whip with electric mixer until combined and fluffy.
