    As if we were not fat enough!

    Cream Cheese Ice Cream

    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 1/2 c. sugar (you can use super fine if you like)
    4 eggs
    2 T. lemon juice
    2 t. pure vanilla
    5 cups light whipping cream cream

    cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
    Beat in eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until combined.

    Stir in light cream until mixed

    Freeze in a 4 or 5 quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturers directions. Makes about 3 quarts ice cream.This is great with peach or strawberry topping.


    NOTE:
    I still use my old hand cranked freezer Smile

    Time for homemade ice cream folks, so get those delicious recipes on the board!
