got this off recipeezar. nummy!
Toasted banana sandwich
1 lg banana
2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
1/4 tsp ground ginger
pinch salt
4 slices toasted raisin bread
directions say mash the banana and mix with pecans, ginger & salt, but i prefer to slice the banana. makes 2 sandwiches.
