Butterfinger Dessert
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. crushed Saltines
1 stick melted margarine or butter
2 c. milk
8 oz whipped topping
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 small box instant butterscotch pudding
1 qt softened vanilla ice cream
3 large Butterfinger candy bars
Combine both crackers and butter for crust. Press 2/3 of this mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Reserve 1/3 for the topping. Using electric mixer, combine milk with both boxes of pudding mix, then add softened ice cream. Pour over crust and chill. Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture. Top with remaining crumbs and crushed candy bars. Refrigerate. Note: I find it easier to crush the candy bars when they are frozen or at least cold.
