Easy Cherry Cheesecake:
BEAT TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Pour into baked and cooled 9 or 10" graham crust. Top with 1 can of cherry pie filling. Chill thoroughly or freeze.
