    PECAN DESSERT


    1 roll refrigertor sugar cookie dough
    1(4oz)pkg butterscotch instant pudding
    3/4 cup dark corn syrup
    2/3 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups pecan halves


    Slice cookie dough 1/4 inch thick. Press slices over bottom and 3/4 inch up sides of 9x13 baking pan.

    Mix pudding mix, corn syrup, milk and egg in bowl.Stir in pecans.

    Spoon into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until filling is set.

    Cool competely and cut into squares.


    I serve this with scoops of vanilla ice cream
