    RAGGLETS


    2 tablespoons butter
    1 cup sifted flour
    4 eggs
    oil for deep frying
    cinnamon
    sugar

    Bring butter and 1 cup water to boil in saucepan.

    Remove from heat and add flour beat until smooth.

    Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each addition.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep fat at 375 degrees and fry until golden brown on both sides.

    Drain on paper towels and roll in a cinnamon and sguar mixture.
