Mile High Strawberry Pie:
1-10 oz. box strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 T. lemon juice or RealLemon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
Put all together in mixing bowl and beat 15 minutes or till it holds sharp peaks. Fold in 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped. Put into baked pie shell or crumb cust-I like crumb crust- and freeze. Serve frozen.
