IceBox Pudding:
FIRST LAYER:
3/4 lb. ground graham crackers. Put 1/2 of these in bottom of pan.
SECOND LAYER:
Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 eggs, beaten well. Spread over crackers.
THIRD LAYER:
1 cup whipped cream, 4 T. powdered sugar, 1 cup nuts, chopped, 1 cup crushed pineapple. Spread over other mixture.
FOURTH LAYER:
Spread rest of crackers over the other layers. Let stand 4 hours or overnight. Top with whipped cream or nuts.
