    Pretzel Dessert:

    CRUSH:

    2 cups pretzels (not too fine)
    3 T. sugar
    3/4 cup melted butter

    Mix together and bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool.

    2 cups powdered sugar
    1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    1-9 oz. whipped topping
    2 cups miniature marshmallows

    Mix powdered sugar and cheese. Fold in topping and marshmallows. Spread over cooled pretzel crust. Chill.

    2-3 oz. pkg.s strawberry gelatin
    2 1/2 cups boiling water
    1-10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

    Dissolve gelatin in water. Add frozen strawberries. Stir to dissolve strawberries. Chill until partially set. Pour over cheese layer and refrigerate until firm.

    Pretzel Jello.....from WendyM

    2 cups crushed pretzels
    3/4 cup melted butter
    3 tablespoons sugar
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1 medium cool whip container
    1 large strawberry jello (or use 2 small packages)
    1 bag frozen strawberries (aroud 1 lb), cut up ahead of time

    1. Mix pretzels, butter, and 3 tbsp sugar. Pat into a 9 by 13 pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F.

    2. Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold into cool whip and spread onto crust.

    3. Add 2 cups boiling water into jello. Stir to dissolve. Add cut-up frozen fruit. Let gel slightly. Spread over cream cheese.

    May substitute different flavors of Jello and/or fruit if desired.
