    Pineapple Pudding

    4 cups white bread crumbs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 stick butter
    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

    Trim bread. Cut into cubes and soak in 1/2 cup milk. Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple and bread crumbs. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole and bake 350 degrees until firm, about 30-40 mnutes. Serve with whipped cream or plain.
