This sounds really good. Something cool for summer. How many servings is it? Thanks for posting.

You'll get raves if you serve this jello. It was posted here a long time ago, and I don't remember who posted it (altho I would like to thank her for it)

    Raspberry Jello

3 pkgs sugar free raspberry jello
    1-1/2 cups boiling water
12 oz bag of frozen raspberries
    2 medium bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
(Liberty brand has in it's own juice)
    8 oz sour cream

Disolve jello in boiling water, mixing well. Add the package of frozen raspberries (don't thaw first), pineapple (juice and all) and sliced bananas. Mix well.

Pour half this mixture into an 11x7 rectangular dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Leave the other half on the counter. After 30 minutes, remove the dish from the refrigerator and spread the sour cream over top. Pour the half you left on the counter over the sour cream and smooth. Refrigerate for an hour, and it's ready to serve. Everyone who has tried this, raves about it.........and they don't have a clue that everything is sugar free.
