this one I got from a lady at work 4 years ago, it always disappears fast at potlucks.
Robert Redford Cake (from Ailine)
Crust:
1 cup walnuts, chopped finely
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 cup flour
Mix together well and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Filling:
8oz softened cream cheese
2 eight ounce cartons of cool whip
1 (5.9oz) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (5.9oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese in bowl. Add one carton of cool whip. Mix well. Pour into colled crust. Mix puddings and mils in bowl. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining carton of cool whip. Refridgerate.
