    My Mom's Chocolate Eclair Dessert

    1 lb. grahm crackers
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. French Vanilla instant pudding
    3 cups milk

    Mix pudding with a fork. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Place a layer of grahm crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 pan to completely fit.
    Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the grahm crackers and smooth out carefully. Repeat with another grahm cracker layer, and the rest of the pudding mix. Frost. Cool in fridge for at least 24 hours before serving.

    Frosting:
    1/2 stick oleo
    3 Tbsp. Buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    Bring to a boil, then add:
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    Mom's note: Pour frosting on fast. You don't want it to harden on you before finishing
    A good friend will come and bail you out of jail.... but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Damn, that was fun!"
