I got this off my realfood4realpeople e-zine. It looks absolutely divine, but I will have to get to the store to get ingredients! My mouth is watering!

    Snickers Harvest Apples

6 apples, washed and patted dry
    6 craft sticks
    2 bags soft caramels, unwrapped
    2 Tbs. water
1 11-oz. bag Dove Promises milk chocolate unwrapped
1 13-oz. bag Snickers minatures, unwrapped
    waxed paper

Press the craft sticks into the apples. Melt the caramels with water in a 4-cup heat safe glass measuring cup for 1-2 minutes in the microwave. Stir occasionally until smooth. dip the apples into the caramel, rolling the apples to cover completely. Set them on the waxed paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, melt the Doves Promises milk chocolates in the microwave for 15 seconds. Stir until smooth.

Roughly chop the Snickers minatures into small pieces. Scatter on waxed paper.

Dip the chilled apples into the melted chocolate and immediately roll in the chopped Snickers, covering each apple, entirely. Refrigerate.

I made these and they were excellent! I used butterfingers instead of snickers. I had the fun sized bar - smashed them inside the wrapper and just poured the candy over the top. Very Easy!

We actually made them twice this weekend!
