    This cheesecake is awesome. 6 layers of cheesecake heaven!

    Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

    2 cups oreos crumbs
    3 tbsp. butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Combine ingredients in a medium bown, firmly press mixture evenly onto bottom and l inch up sides of a 10-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degreesF for 5 minutes. Set aside.

    4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
    1-1/4 cups sugar
    1/3 cup whipping cream
    2 tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 eggs
    1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped oreos
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup whipping cream
    1-1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Beat cream cheese at medium speed with a mixer until smooth. Gradually add 1-1/4 cups sugar beating well. Add 1/3 cup whipping cream, flour, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat well. Add eggs, one at a time beating after each addition. Pour one third of batter into prepared pan. Top with cookie pieces. Pour in remaining batter. Bake at 350 degreesF for 45 minutes.

    Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread evenly on cheesecake and bake at 350 degreesF for 7 minutes. Turn oven off and leave cake in for 30 minute. Remove cheesecake from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.

    Combine 1 cup whipping cream and chocolate chips in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour warm mixture over cooled cheesecake and refrigerate until serving time (overnight).
