    Very nice with a slice of good pound cake

    2 cups heavy whipping cream
    2 cups whole, fresh milk
    1 cup superfine sugar
    1/2 cup Bailey's Irish cream

    Combine all ingredients in a well chilled bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Cover and chill in the fridg until the mixture is very cold. Pour into ice cream maker and churn for about 20-25 minutes. Transfer into a freezer container. Leave to harden over night, or just eat it!
